How do I fix page printing problems?

One way to fix printing problems with a Web page is to use your browser's print options to specify how you would like the page to appear. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, you can select "File" from the menu bar, then "Print," and then click on "Options."

How do I add a frame to my bookmark or favorites list?

If you want to add a particular frame to your bookmarks or favorites, you'll need to right-click over the frame. A gray information box will appear, which will contain the URL for the frame that you are viewing. Cut-and-paste the URL into your browser's address line, and the frame will display as a separate Web page. You can then add it to your bookmarks or favorites.
