This section is more diverse than most of the others, and the expertise available here is not fungible. For example, "Civil Docket and Commercial" in this usage includes three people (Press, Purcell and Welsh) who have primarily served as program administrators; a number of neutrals who practice in multiple ADR roles (e.g. Hartgering, Honoroff and Keating); one highly experienced former advocate who now practices almost entirely as an arbitrator and mediator (Wilkinson); one example of the growing body of neutrals who specialize in a single industry (Coughlin); and two who specialize in bankruptcy ADR (Esher and Katz.)

If you succumb to the temptation of using violence in the struggle, unborn generations will be the recipients of a long and desolate night of bitterness, and your chief legacy to the future will be an endless reign of meaningless chaos. -- Martin Luther King Jr.
